Quality Guarantee We guarantee our paints and photo-luminescent pigments to be of the highest commercial grade quality available and free of any fillers or additives.
Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind each and every product* that we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then providing the item is undamaged and unused, then you may simply return the item for a refund** or replacement. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please send an email to returns@glowtec.co.uk for an RMA number and details on how to return products.

Faulty or Damaged items If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Notifications after this time will not be accepted. Please send an email to returns@glowtec.co.uk for details on how to return products.

Items ordered in error If you order a Glowtec product and then find you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange the item for you. Simply return the item unopened and unused and we will send your alternative choice by return of post. Please send an email to returns@glowtec.co.uk for details on how to return products.

Shortages Any order which is shipped incomplete, will be completed by Glowtec. We will either ship the missing items at no additional shipping cost, or give credit for future purchases. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, you may do with charge up to the point of despatch. If you cancel after despatch, you will need to follow our returns procedure. ** Please Note: Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted along with the original post and packaging costs, from the refund payment. Returns Glowtec accepts returns on its merchandise within 7 days. However, Glowtec reserves the right to refuse product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 7 days, a credit-note will be issued. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Glowtec on returned items, and Glowtec will pay the shipping charges on replacement or exchange item(s) going back. Returns within 7 days from invoice date, can be for exchange, replacement, refund or credit, at the customer's discretion. We regret we are unable to refund original postage & packaging (P&P) costs. * International & Special Orders items This guarantee applies to UK purchases of regular stock items made through the Glowtec website. It does not apply to custom, bespoke or special order items, nor does it apply to international purchases. Please note: 1 litre Paint sizes and certain other products are produced on a Made-to-Order or Bespoke basis. Such products (known as Special Order Items) will incur a 20% cancellation / restocking fee deductable from any refund.
STARGLOW FX Business Packages The electronically delivered STARGLOW FX Business Builder Packs, are not refundable as they contain trade-secrets and other commercially sensitive proprietary information.
