Postage costs and options are Calculated Automatically

Despatch & Delivery
We despatch Postal-delivery orders on
Tuesdays and Thursdays with larger Courier delivered
orders shipped Wednesdays and Fridays. We
have an order cut-off point of around 2:00pm on the day
of despatch. Orders placed after this time will be sent
out on the following despatch. If you need to
place an order for despatch after this time, please call
first to confirm if this is possible.
Urgent Orders
If your is genuinely urgent, please
choose the SPECIAL DELIVERY postage option (UK only).
This will ensure your order arrives the morning
AFTER despatch. We
will expedite genuinely urgent orders wherever possible,
please do not assume your order will be delivered
next-day. to avoid disappointment, please call us to
discuss urgent orders first.
Please Note: We
cannot process orders over the phone.

Email Order Confirmation
When you
place your order online, our system will
send you an email order confirmation /
invoice with an 'RC' number. Please
quote this number with any queries you may
have regarding your order.

Credit / Debit
Card
Glowtec use
PAYPAL,
NOCHEX and
GOOGLE to securely process all credit and debit card payments.
There is no cost to you for this service and you do not
have to sign-up
or subscribe to either service. Both companies merely
provide a safe means of processing a credit card
payment.

Paying by Cheque or Bank Trans
If you prefer, you may
also pay by cheque or postal order. Please print of your
order receipt and send together
with your payment, to the address shown on the order
page. If paying by Bank Transfer, please quite the RC
Order number as the payment reference. |

International Orders
International
orders do incur higher shipping costs. However
we will keep these costs as low as possible. For
larger / heavier orders, should there be any
significant additional cost, we will advise and
you have the option to cancel or pay any
surcharge / insurance cost. |

Purchase Orders
In certain
cases such as NHS, Education, Local & Central
Government etc, we will accept
Official Purchase Orders
on a strict 30 day
settlement basis.
